After the establishment of cooperation with KFC, the development team has submitted a town planning application to the city council, the application is now under advertising stage, and it is anticipated to receive application results by the 8th May 2022.

The negotiation with the other potential tenant is progressing smoothly, with the representation lawyers of each party finalizing the final terms for the lease agreement. It is anticipated to have both properties open to the public by the end of 2022.
